We are looking for an experienced candidate for the position of Recruiter\Talent Acquisition manager. You are our ideal candidate if: You have 3 years of experience in personnel selection (experience in the field of marketing will be a plus and advertising); you know and apply various methods and sources of personnel search; You know how to build a relationship with the hiring manager and long-term relationships with potential candidates; You have direct search experience in a highly competitive niche; You are an independent and proactive person who works for results and gets a kick out of finding talent; You have a competent Ukrainian language (written and spoken); Sincerely you are interested in the field of advertising.
