Now we are looking for a recruiter who will help find strong specialists and develop an effective recruitment system.

Your tasks:

• Search and selection of candidates (LinkedIn, job portals, educational institutions, recommendations).
• Conducting initial interviews with candidates.
• Organization of interviews with department heads.
• Support of candidates to the offer stage.
• Work and development of the candidate base.
• Participation in the process of adaptation of new employees.

• 2 years of experience in recruiting.
