We invite you to the HR team of ANC Pharmacy

Now we are expanding the recruiting team and are looking for a recruiter who is important not just to "close vacancies", but to work in an adequate, supportive team and see the results of his work.

Who we are looking for:

• a recruiter with 1 year of experience;
• a person who is comfortable working in multitasking mode;
• someone who knows how to stay focused and does not get lost in the dynamics;
• orientation on the result - there is no way without this in recruiting)

What will be in the job:

• conducting interviews according to a ready-made script (and with the possibility to add your own questions);
• calling candidates: both reviews and cold search;
• work in tandem with a regional researcher:
• headhunting in your region (travel will be compensated);
• on average about 30 vacancies per month, and these are labelers, pharmacists, managers; in the season there may be more - we talk about it honestly.
