Main tasks:
- Perform the full cycle of the recruitment process for vacancies in the areas of Sales and Logistics according to the submitted application;
- Determine and implement optimal candidate search tactics, including posting information about the vacancy and searching for candidates in open sources, external and internal;
- Conduct evaluation interviews with internal and external candidates to determine compliance with the stated requirements for the vacancy;
- Ensure conducting interview candidates with the hiring manager, organize timely and effective communication between the candidate and the hiring manager;
- Receive feedback from hiring managers to determine further steps in the selection process, provide feedback to candidates;< /li>
- If necessary, organize and conduct other evaluation activities (verification of recommendations, etc.).
- Track candidates in the corporate ATS system.
