- Experience as a recruiter from 1 year
- English language of Upper-Intermediate level. Knowledge of other foreign languages will also be a plus.
- Successful experience of closing various vacancies
- Good communication skills
- Experience working with large amounts of information
- Knowledge of Polish is a big advantage
- Active participation in closing teacher vacancies (different languages)
- Closing of internal applications. Work with an active pool of teachers
- Assessment of resumes and conducting interviews with candidates;
- Building communication with candidates, maintaining contact with potential candidates;
- Working with job sites, social. networks and other sources;
- Reporting on the process of finding personnel.
- Formation and management of the candidate database.
- Creation of high-quality teacher profiles, control of E-register filling.
- Onboarding funnel and workshops for teachers:
- Preparation of materials and tests for onboarding
