Recruiter-searcher temporarily for 6 months (we will consider proactive students of the last years) in PepsiCo

The main tasks that will be in front of you:

• Search and recruit personnel for mass vacancies in trusted areas:
• Qualitatively process available candidate databases, as well as reviews of posted vacancies
• Conduct screening interviews with external candidates to determine compliance with stated job requirements;
• Ensure interviews of candidates with the hiring manager, organize timely and effective communication between the candidate and the hiring manager;
• li>Receive feedback from hiring managers to determine further steps regarding selection, provide feedback to candidates;
• Carry out the necessary checks on candidates and provide them with information support in the process of preparing for employment.

Required knowledge and skills:

• good developed oral and written communication skills
• thorough knowledge of using the Internet, social networks, messengers
• PC skills at the level of a confident user (MS Office)
• knowledge of the English language will be an advantage
