- Search and recruit personnel for mass vacancies in trusted areas:
- Qualitatively process available candidate databases, as well as reviews of posted vacancies
- Conduct screening interviews with external candidates to determine compliance with stated job requirements;
- Ensure interviews of candidates with the hiring manager, organize timely and effective communication between the candidate and the hiring manager;
- li>Receive feedback from hiring managers to determine further steps regarding selection, provide feedback to candidates;
- Carry out the necessary checks on candidates and provide them with information support in the process of preparing for employment.
