ABINBEV EFES UKRAINE, the world's largest brewing company, successfully operating and developing in Ukraine, announces the opening of the position of Assistant Recruiter with a contract for 3 months. p>

Main duties:

• Searching for potential candidates on various platforms and social networks;

• Organizing interviews ( maintain contact with potential candidates, send invitations to interviews); 

• Helps with organizational tasks, creating documents and compiling reports, maintaining a database of candidates; assist in coordinating the hiring process and sharing information about potential candidates.

Requirements for candidates:

• Higher education;< /li>
• Good communication skills and desire to work with people;
• Ability to use office programs (Word, Excel) and the ability to quickly learn new programs and tools;
