Main tasks: The full cycle of recruiting from communication with the hiring manager to the candidate's offer Development and implementation of the strategy for finding candidates for various positions (from specialists to top management); Conducting interviews and evaluating potential candidates; Coordination of interaction with candidates and company departments; Support and improvement of the system of recruiting and selection of candidates; Management of CRM, daily reports and presentations at daily meetings.
