Our client is a Ukrainian cabinet furniture manufacturer"Snite", which is part of the "Kulik System" group of companies . This is a large-scale Ukrainian company with its own production base. The priority is the development of individual interior items for each client. Who are we looking for?

We arewe are opening a vacancy for a Recruiter-researcher who will strengthen an already strong team. It is important to us that our recruiter is aimed at closing positions with candidates who will quickly achieve high results. That is, the ultimate goal of the recruiter is to select the best candidates among those who meet the requirements of the position, help them pass the initial adaptation and start bringing results as soon as possible.

1. Competitive, stable and timely salary:Rate 21,500 UAH. + bonus for closing vacancies and % for speed = from UAH 35,000.

2. Official employment after passing the trial period of 1 month.

3. Working hours:from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm or from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm in the office or HYBRID. (GO is located in Vysheneve, at the entrance. There is a possibility of help with transport)

What will you do?< /b>

• search for quality candidates who fit company from the point of view of both skills and personality;
• need to close the following vacancies: production, assistant, managerial, managerial positions.
• interaction with potential candidates through job sites and professional communities (e.g. Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram);
• determine profiles candidates suitable for the company;
• filling the candidate database;
• writing and sending letters and questionnaires to candidates;< /li>
• check questionnaires with answers from seekers, contact and schedule a call with the best;
• conducting interviews with selected candidates;
• collection and submission of information on candidates to the director and manager;
• develop schemes for the most effective search of the best candidates;
• possibility of career growth from recruiter to HR.

• Do you have similar work experience b>in personnel selection from 2 years;
• Able to build processes from scratch, develop instructions, structure and prioritize tasks;
• Have successful practical experience in finding sales managers of various formats and staff for production (including cold base);
• Know where and how to look for personnel in the domestic market in various channels;
• Confident PC user: CRM, Google Sheets and messengers;
• Accustomed to work for results thanks to daily quality work with processes;
