Recruiter remotely in GuruTraffic

We are looking for to your recruiter team. We work REMOTELY.

Main duties:

• Receiving applications from clients, developing and posting vacancies on specialized platforms and social networks.
• Search, selection and attraction of candidates.
• Organization and conduct of interviews, testing.
• Interaction with clients to ensure effective recruitment process, including the organization and support of the interview.
• Conducting recruiting analytics and developing strategies for attracting candidates.
• Creation of activity reports.

Basic requirements:

• Higher education (psychology, marketing, management or related fields). Will be a good addition.
• Experience in recruiting or HR.
• Knowledge of recruitment methods and tools.
• Experience work with social networks and professional platforms (eg Linkedin)
• Ability to work in a team and independently, excellent communication skills, existing communication experience in the client network will be a good addition.
• Responsibility and attention to details, analytical mindset, results orientation.
