What will you do: Close vacant areas (3 - 6 vacancies per month); Conduct interviews and evaluate potential employees; Search and select candidates for various vacancies; Develop, improve, publish vacancies on Robota ua sites and in other communication channels. Required experience: Experience in a similar position from 1 year; Knowledge of recruitment methods and strategies; High level of communication and negotiation skills; Ability to work in conditions of high pace and volume of work.
