KrausHaus is an innovative construction company specializing in the construction of private houses. We have been working on the Ukrainian market for more than 30 years (under the PP Kaskad brand). We have now opened a representative office in Croatia and are expanding the number of construction workers. In this regard, we are looking for a qualified and energetic recruiter to work remotely. Tasks: - Carrying out a full cycle of recruiting, including the development of vacancies, finding workers, selecting candidates and conducting interviews. - Establishing and maintaining partnerships with associations of Ukrainians abroad, recruiting agencies and other sources of potential candidates.- Preparation of position maps and initial adaptation of employees. Requirements:- Experience in the position of Recruiter for at least 2 years.- Experience in finding workers abroad.- High level of communication and negotiation skills.- Knowledge of modern recruiting methods and the ability to use different channels to search for workers. - The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and the ability to work with international teams. - Proficiency in English at a level no lower than Intermediate.
