We, Zaporizhzhia Transformer Association, Production Enterprise, LLC, are looking for a qualified HR manager to join our team. We are a leading manufacturer of transformer and related equipment on the electrical engineering market of Ukraine and have been working successfully for over 15 years.

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out the process of selecting and hiring employees for various positions in the organization
• Development and implementation of the company's policy on personnel management
• Ensuring support for the corporate climate and teamwork
• Organization of trainings and seminars for the development and improvement of staff qualifications

• Implementation of the procedure of attestation and assessment of employees
• Resolving conflict situations and maintaining a favorable working environment

Requirements:

• Experience work in the field of personnel management (perhaps without experience in test results and interviews
• High communication skills and interviewing skills
• Ability to plan and organize work, be responsible
• High level of command of the Ukrainian language, English is an advantage
