The Polish company invites an experienced recruiter to cooperate.

Responsibilities:

1. Closing at least 3 candidates per month
2. Full cycle of recruitment
3. Independent search and attraction of candidates
4. Maintenance and updating of own database
5. Work with individually secured vacancies (no internal competition)

Requirements:

- Experience in recruiting from 2 years- Active TikTok and Facebook accounts
- Own candidate database (table / CRM / groups in messengers)
- Understanding the specifics of employment in Europe- Independence and orientation to result

Conditions:
- Completely remote work
- Transparent motivation system + bonuses for the result
- Trial period — 1 month

Candidates without experience and own database are not considered.
