Recruiter remotely in Immido

Immido is an outsourcing recruiting company that helps Ukrainian and international businesses find strong specialists.
We cooperate with modern Ukrainian and international companies, build system recruiting and actively develop the IT direction.

Now we are expanding the team and looking for a recruiter who wants to grow with us
Responsibilities:

• Searching for candidates (LinkedIn, job sites, social networks, alternative sources)
• Conducting initial online interviews
• Evaluating candidates according to job requirements
• Managing candidates at all stages of selection
• Communicating with company clients
• Forming reports on vacancies
• Working with candidate databases and tables

Requirements:

• English level - B1 (Intermediate) or higher
• Responsibility and systematicity
• Developed communication skills
• Desire to develop in the field of recruiting
• Ready to consider recent students of courses
• Experience in IT recruiting will be an advantage
• We consider candidates without experience - we teach everything from scratch
  

Working conditions: 

• Part-time employment - 4 hours a day
• Schedule 5/2 (Monday-Friday)
• Working hours are set by the candidate independently
• Work format - remote
