Recruiter remotely in HiStory Studio

The marketing agency is looking for a recruiter to cooperate on specific projects.

Format of work

• Project-based. You connect to search for specialists for specific tasks.

 • Payment — for a closed vacancy. The size of the payment is discussed individually depending on the complexity of the project.

Main tasks

• Search and selection of candidates for vacancies in the fields of marketing, creativity and production.

• Conducting initial interviews.

• Formation of short resumes/briefs on candidates.

• Communication with the project manager regarding the status search.

• Closing positions on time.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of recruiting experience (preferably in digital/marketing/creative fields).

• Ability to quickly dive into new directions and understand the specifics of roles.

• Experience with Telegram/LinkedIn/Djinni and other sources search.

• Proactivity, independence, responsibility.
