Recruiter remotely in EKSPRES LINIYa, TOV

Express Line —outsourced contact center, which since 2017 has been helping companies across Ukraine to work effectively with clients. Our partners include government projects, trade and recruiting projects. We are expanding the team and are looking for a responsible 1st line recruiter who values comfort, stability and the ability to work from home.
Duties:
    •     Sourcing of candidates on job sites (Robota.ua, Work.ua, Jooble).
  •    Cold base work: active calls. script and transferring candidates to the next stages.
  •    Supporting candidates to the interview.
Requirements:
    •    Experience in recruiting or mass selection will be a plus.
    •    Skills in sourcing and working with a large flow of candidates.
    •    Competent communication, speed, systematicity.
    •    The ability to work with a cold base will be an advantage.
