Recruiter remotely in Kicenko O.M., FOP

We are looking for an energetic recruiter to join our team in a remote format!  

We specialize in providing services in the field of personnel selection and seek to attract a responsible and hardworking specialist to our team.

Responsibilities:

• Call candidates from the candidate database (mainly cold contacts)
• Process candidates' objections 400">Maintain job reporting
• Transfer candidates to eichar for further actions

Requirements:

• Experience as a recruiter from 1 year;
• High communication skills and ability to work in a team;
• Excellent management skills interviews and evaluation of candidates;
• Knowledge of job search and promotion methods.
