Your responsibilities
Closing vacancies of different levels and complexity (with step-by-step support).
The complete selection cycle: from creating a candidate portrait to an offer.
Conducting online interviews and effective communication with candidates and customers.
Online interview.
Curator + 3-day test drive.
Job offer in case of successful completion.
1 month internship with the curator: full payment of salary and bonus parts + training as needed.
After the trial period - full-time work with customers and evaluation of the HR funnel for the first month.
