We are looking for a Junior Recruiter with spoken English to help find the best talent and influence the success of the company.

Work is completely remote.
Responsibilities:
Search for candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, other job search sites, social networks, etc.).
Conducting screening and interviewing candidates.
Coordinating and managing the recruitment process from the first contact to the offer stage.
Maintaining and updating recruiting reports.
Representing the company at job fairs and other events.
Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs.
Negotiate with candidates and close vacancies.
Provide weekly updates on open positions.
Build candidate base for future vacancies.
Promote employer brand company.
Requirements:
Experience in recruiting and sourcing from 6 months (or after passing professional courses with certification).
Experience with European and US markets (preferred).
English — Upper-Intermediate.
Ability to work independently, effectively plan time and set priorities.
Experience working with ATS will be a big plus.
High initiative, energy and result-oriented.
