Duties:

- Calling the candidate base to check their relevance and readiness for cooperation.

- Appointment of interviews.

- Evaluation of candidates' compliance with job requirements.

- Entering information about candidates into the database and maintaining the relevance of information.

p>- Appointment of the next stages of interviews with successful candidates.

- Reporting on the results of calls.
Requirements:

- Experience in the field of recruiting, HR or telephone sales from 6 months (experience in mass recruitment is an advantage).

- Good communication skills and confidence in telephone communication.

- Ability to work according to scripts and clearly follow instructions.

- Stress resistance and result orientation.

- Responsibility, attentiveness and organization.

- PC skills at the level of a confident user (working with databases and reporting).
