The construction company Ekonombud is looking for a Recruiter in its HR department.

• You have competent oral and written communication;
• You know how to work with telephony and the CRM system;< /li>

What will be included in your duties:

• Apply for recruitment
• Create a job profile and assessment methods;
• Create a phone interview and interview script;
• Write and post a vacancy;
• Select suitable CVs;

• Conduct the initial and final interview;
• Guide the candidate through the funnel of the CRM system.
