Our team is growing fast and to implement our ambitious plans, we are looking for a recruiter to join our team and help us grow our DarwinLand team! 
DarwinLand is an online school of IT courses for children and teenagers from 9 to 17 years old. Our company, like the great researcher Charles Darwin, strives for innovations and innovations in the educational environment that give the opportunity to develop our future geniuses.

Our goal is to help for children to find themselves and for teenagers to transition into adulthood. We strive to create conditions for their personal growth and development.

Who will be looking for: Teachers in various areas, group supervisors, office positions, Managers from sales and other specialists, as needed. We will be glad if you are the one who will help realize our goal:)

Working conditions:

• Remote work or the opportunity to work in the office in Kyiv (UNIT .City) ;
• Working schedule Mon-Fri, 09:00 - 18:00, lunch hour;
• Paid vacation and paid sick leave;
• Payments 2 times a month (rate+KPI);
• Working in a fast-growing company, working with a really useful and necessary product;
• A wonderful team and a manager who will always listen and help, teach needs;

Responsibilities:

• Active and passive search for candidates with resume analysis;
• Creation of candidate position profile (vacancy description);
• Maintenance of candidate database (Hurma);
• Conducting the first stage of interviews;
• Carrying candidates through the stages of selection and interviews;
• Accompanying the candidate before starting work and handing over to the training department.

  Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar position from 1 year;
  • Open to learning and something new;
  • Responsible and communicative;
  • Working for results, ready to make independent decisions;
  • Good laptop/computer, stable internet.
