    • Experience in recruiting from 1 year:You know how to find and select the best candidates.

    • Knowledge of modern methods of search and recruitment:You know how to use different platforms and tools to find candidates.

    • Interview experience:You know how to determine the potential of candidates and assess their compliance with the requirements of the position.

    • Ability to work with HRM systems:You confidently use programs for personnel management.

    • English language: Minimum intermediate level for conducting business correspondence and conducting interviews with international partners.

Main tasks:

  1. Search for candidates: Using different sources to find potential candidates.

  2. Conducting interviews: Orgorganizing and interviewing candidates, selecting the best specialists for our team.

  3. Communication with candidates: Support for communication with candidates at all stages of the recruiting process.

  4. Working with the HRM system: Maintaining the candidate database, updating the indicators.

  5. Timely reporting< span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">: Preparation and submission of regular reports on recruiting processes, performance analysis.

Terms of use:

  • Work schedule: Standard work week 5/2, full time. 

  • Salary: Rate $400 - 600 (depends on the results of the interview) + KPI
