Logistics company "Shipping Freight Company", with 18 years of experience in the transport industry, announces a vacancy for an experienced Recruiter for project work aimed at finding candidates for three vacant positions. 

Main responsibilities:

• Analysis of requirements and creation of candidate profiles for three vacant positions.
• Development and implementation strategies for finding and attracting candidates.
• Publication of vacancies on various platforms (job sites, social networks, professional communities, etc.).
• Conducting initial interviews and evaluating candidates' qualifications.

• Coordinating interviews with the manager.
• Maintaining a database of candidates and maintaining communication at all stages of recruitment.

Requirements:

• Experience as a recruiter from 1 year.
• Ability to work with various sources of candidate search (job sites, social networks, professional communities, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills skills and ability to conduct interviews.
• Ability to work in multitasking conditions and meet deadlines.
• High level of self-organization and responsibility.
• Proficiency in English at Intermediate level and above] will be an advantage.
