Currently, we have a responsible task to find a Recruiter for our team!
To become a Recruiter of our team and show the result, you need:
- Sell our client's job offer to the target candidate, in order to bring the candidate to an interview;
- Conduct 30-35 interviews per month to show more than 10-12 targetedcandidates to the client;
- Close 1-2 vacancies Top management (SMO, CFO, CCO , CEO) or middle-level managerial positions (Head of Marketing, Head of Recruitment, Head of Sales and others); style="font-weight: 700">work with alternative search (LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Turbohiring, Telegram and others).
- Workfrom CRM-Clever Staff.
We will invite you for an interview if you have: p>
- Experience in closing 1-2 vacancies per month;
- Skills in working with alternative sources of candidate search;
- Experience in closing key and management positions;
>- Sales skills. Be able to sell the client's offer to the candidate (we close 67% of vacancies with people who are not actively searching);
