We are looking for a professional to join the team for the position of recruiter. 

As a recruiter, you will be responsible for the entire process of recruitment and retention of personnel in the company. Your responsibilities will be:

• Searching, selecting and evaluating candidates for various positions in the company
• Developing and supporting recruitment processes, including creating advertisements, conducting interviews, evaluating candidates and conducting reference checks
• Maintaining a database of potential candidates and ensuring its relevance
• Interacting with other company departments to meet staffing needs

We are looking a candidate with experience in a similar position for at least 2 years. The ability to communicate effectively, make decisions, work with a large amount of information and have analytical skills are essential skills for success in this role.
