This vacancy is ideal for a Recruiter with 1-2 years of work experience. Our ideal candidate, in addition to successful experience in IT recruiting, is interested in digital marketing and new technologies, has an active lifestyle, speaks English with foreign candidates.
Main functional duties:
- Search and selection of English-speaking candidates in the field of IT, Medical, Healthcare, Pharma, Media Production;
- Execution of KPIs based on meetings held and documents signed with candidates;
- Active engagement of potential candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, recruiting platforms, social networks, etc.);
- Internal reporting;
- Conducting negotiations with candidates and conducting interviews in English;
- Conducting and monitoring employee adaptation;
Requirements for the applicant:
- English not lower than B2+;
- Successful experience in IT/Media recruiting (1-2 years);
- Understanding Gabbard Enterprise Organization Chart will be a plus;
- Understanding that hiring employees is selling!
