30 people work in the team professionals who work like bees remotely and in the office, and more than 1,000 freelancers from all over the world who help implement projects.

What will you do:

• Select freelance specialists for our databases: translators, editors, copywriters, specialists in voice acting, subtitles, etc. (communicating with candidates in writing - without interviews);
• Collect statistics, conduct analytics and monitor the freelance market (regarding tariffs, terms of cooperation, etc.). d.);
• Close full-time vacancies for project managers, sales, marketing specialists, etc. (2-4 vacancies per month);
• Work together with the Department Team Leader on internal tasks.

We are for automation in everything, so forget about Excel, we have ATS and LMS.

It is important that you have:

• English language not lower than B1;
• knowledge of modern recruiting tools (except job sites);
• 1 year of active candidate search and job closing experience.

• Schedule — from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Mon-Fri. remotely;
