Recruiter remotely in ES EKSPORT-IMPORT, TOV

The company "EU EXPORT-IMPORT LTD" is developing and expanding its team, therefore we are looking for an experienced recruiter for remote work in the city of Lviv. In addition to this LLC, we have another one that is engaged in construction. Therefore, it will be necessary to close the following list of vacancies: logistician, sales managers with knowledge of the English language, specialist in technical supervision in construction, concrete workers, etc. 

Negotiated payment for each closed position according to requirements.

What you will do:

- Search and attract candidates for vacancies in the company

- Conducting interviews with potential candidates

- Supporting HR processes and participating in the development of the employer brand

- Maintaining a database of candidates and ensuring their relevance

Necessary experience:

- Experience in a similar position from 1 year

- Knowledge of methods and tools of active search for candidates

- Ability to conduct effective interviews and conduct negotiations< /p>

- High responsibility and organization
