We are looking for a recruiter to join our team. We work REMOTELY. Main responsibilities: Receiving applications from clients, developing and posting vacancies on specialized platforms and social networks. Searching, selecting and attracting candidates. Organizing and conducting interviews, testing. Interaction with clients to ensure an effective hiring process, including organization and interview support. Conducting recruiting analytics and developing strategies for attracting candidates. Creating reports based on activity results. Participation in job fairs and professional associations, etc. Basic requirements: Higher education (psychology, marketing, management or related fields). Experience in recruiting or HR from 1 year. Knowledge of recruitment methods and tools. Experience with social networks and professional platforms (e.g. Linkedin). Ability to work in a team and independently, excellent communication skills, existing communication experience in the client network will be an advantage.
