Your responsibilities:

• full recruitment cycle: from job analysis to candidate work;
• posting vacancies on job resources and social networks;
• conducting telephone and video interviews;
• organizing adaptation and training of personnel;
• interaction with all departments companies, communication with heads of structural divisions;
• maintenance of HR reporting and an up-to-date database of candidates;
• analysis of personnel needs and planning of personnel resources;
• monitoring of the salary market in the city and regions;
• participation in the company's HR projects.

We expect from you:

• experience in a similar position;
• theoretical knowledge and practical skills of all standard HR processes and HR metrics;
• understanding of the basics of recruiting, search tools and candidate evaluation;
• high communication skills and the ability to find an approach to people;
• result orientation and high responsibility;
• high level of time management and self-organization;
• literate Ukrainian language.
