Responsibilities: Actively search and select drivers for our tracks using various sources such as websites, social networks (including Facebook groups) and our customer base. Engage with potential candidates and build relationships. Analyze qualifications and select the best candidates for driver vacancies. Ensuring proper documentation and compliance with all requirements. Searching for candidates for other positions. Requirements: Recruiting and staffing skills. Understanding of the trucking business in the USA and possible experience in this area will be a big plus. Knowledge of computers and basic programs.
