In connection with the development of the HR department, the company strengthens the team and invites an experienced Recruiter to cooperate.

Basic task:

• Full cycle of recruitment for technical, R&D, administrative and production positions.

• Mass recruitment for production lines.

• Cooperation with department heads: gathering requirements, creating job descriptions, coordinating candidate profiles.

• Active search and attraction of candidates.

• Conducting screenings, interviews and coordination of selection stages.

• Formation and support of talent pipeline.

• Conducting recruiting analytics and optimization of processes.

• Support of the company's HR brand and quality candidate experience.

 Requirements:

• Experience in recruiting from 3 years, including technical roles.

• Practical experience in mass and administrative recruitment.

• Knowledge of modern sourcing tools and attracting candidates.

• Ability to effectively work with different areas at the same time.

• Developed communication skills and the ability to build partnerships with managers.
