Recruiter/Recruitment Specialist in AGAMA

• higher education (the field of personnel management, psychology or related areas is desirable);
• experience as a recruiter of 1 year (preferably in the advertising or creative field);
• excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team ;
• ability to effectively conduct interviews and evaluate candidates;
• experience working with various sources of candidate search;
• fluency in Ukrainian and preferably English average level;
• high level of written and oral communication; 
• computer skills and basic office programs (MS Office);
• empathy;
• high organization;
• high level responsibility, initiative;
• flexibility and adaptability to changes;
• analytical mindset and attention to details.
   
  Areas of your responsibility:
  
  
• Formation of a portrait of the candidate together with the hiring manager.
• Work on the description of the vacancy and its placement on various search sources.
• Search for candidates on various resources.
• Screening and evaluation of resumes.
• Conducting online/offline interviews, evaluation of candidates.
• Communication with internal/external clients.

• Receiving recommendations for candidates.
• Conducting analytics in the selection process.
• Maintaining candidate databases in the Hurma HRM system.
• Communicating with the candidate and providing feedback on the results of the interview.
• Preparation of the Job Offer and its approval with the hiring manager and financial director.
• Organization of the employee exit process.
• Implementation of the adaptation program employee, in particular familiarization with the corporate culture, values, rules and corporate structure of AGL and agama, organizing meetings with colleagues and management, providing the necessary information and resources for the effective performance of job duties, as well as monitoring and evaluating the success of adaptation.
• Together with the HR Head, development and implementation of procedures/policies to improve the recruiting process.
• Wage market analysis. 
• Analysis of competitor job requirements.
