Requirements work experience (preferably) from 1 year as a recruiter or in the fields of online sales, network marketing, tourism, insurance; communication skills, initiative, proactivity, focus on results with a high level of self-organization, the ability to work in a team; skills in working with various resources regarding the search for candidates. The main responsibilities: processing company vacancies (labor specialties); recruiting from the withdrawal of applications to the closing of vacancies; working with hot leads, a cold customer base; collecting a package of documents for the employment of new employees at the enterprise; keeping reports, statistics; helping in the adaptation of new employees.
