Recruiter, Recruitment Manager (Poland, Ukraine) in DGP: Warranty Platform

DGP: Warranty Platform - an international company specializing in IT and Marketing solutions that guarantee results for the client. We are developing a franchise business.

We are looking for a Recruiter for our Warsaw recruitment center who will take responsibility for team recruitment. Polish is mandatory, at a level not lower than B2.

What will be included in the duties:

• Active search for candidates who are suitable for job profile, company presentation, invitation to an interview;
• Supporting the flow of candidates before starting work.
• Assisting the head of the assembly center during the first month of the flow.

Requirements:

1. Knowledge of the Polish language only at the B2 level. Desired education at a Polish university.
2. 1-2 years of work experience in a similar position;
3. Knowledge of modern methods and approaches to recruiting;
4. Ability to effectively work with databases data and HR systems;
5. High level of communication and ability to cooperate.
