Recruiter (Recruitment Manager) Our team is professionals in their field. Your main tasks: The full cycle of recruitment: from the stage of placing vacancies to conducting interviews both in the company office and by video call; Knowledge of modern methods of search and recruitment; Permanent search for new resources for efficient and quick closing of "hot" vacancies (we will only be "for" if you offer some new platform where we can attract even more qualified specialists); Improvement of the existing personnel search system (always ready to develop and step in pursuit of something new and modern). What we would like to see from the candidate: Successful experience in recruitment of six months or more (we also consider those with minimal experience, but with a great desire to learn); in a new field of activity; Punctuality, activity, ability to work in multitasking conditions; Competent oral and written Ukrainian language; Ability to work in a team; Friendship.
