Recruiter / Recruitment Manager in Prod Global, TOV

Thanks to our wide range of products and high quality, we occupy a leading position on the market. Due to expansion, we are looking for a talented and ambitious Recruiter for our company. Your main goal is to attract and select the best specialists for our team. You will deal with all stages of the recruiting process - from developing a job description to conducting interviews and evaluating candidates. Tasks: - Developing and publishing job ads on various recruiting platforms and sites; - Reviewing resumes and selecting potential candidates; - Conducting the first stage of interviewing and screening candidates ;- Organization and conducting of interviews with heads of departments;- Preparation of recommendation letters and negotiation of working conditions with candidates;- Providing support after hiring new employees. Requirements:- Work experience in a similar position from 1 year;- High level of communication and negotiation skills ;- Ability to work with a large amount of information and adhere to strict deadlines;- Knowledge of modern recruiting methods and tools;- Ability to work with recruiting platforms and social networks;- High responsibility and focus on results.
