Recruiter/Recruitment Manager in SHEN

The company specializes in management services for the operation of real estate objects. We are looking for a mass recruitment team of recruiters. The main vacancies for which you need to search are cleaners and security guards. Search for candidates all over Ukraine. The purpose of the position is to provide professional staff for existing and new company objects. Tasks: forming a vacancy profile and placement on job resources; selection of resumes, initial screening of candidates; organization and conduct of interviews; interaction with hiring managers; direct participation in personnel adaptation; management of the candidate database in the corporate CRM, reporting on recruiting; participation in HR projects. Desires of the candidate: has experience in recruiting from 2 years; knows what direct search is; has a higher education; confident user of MS Excel, Power Point; wants to develop in the field of recruiting. Working conditions: full-time from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. from Mon. to Friday; hybrid work schedule (removed from 1-2 days per week); the opportunity to develop and learn new things; official employment with/unpaid - from 30,000 UAH.
