Requirements work experience (preferably) from 1 year as a recruiter or in the fields of online sales, network marketing, tourism, insurance, communication, initiative, proactivity, focus on results with a high level of self-organization, the ability to work in a team; skills in working with various resources regarding the search for candidates. Main responsibilities: processing company vacancies (labor specialties); recruiting from application withdrawal to vacancy closing; work with hot leads, a cold customer base; collection of a package of documents for the employment of new employees at the company; keeping reports, statistics; assistance in the adaptation of new employees.
