We invite a Recruiter/Recruitment Manager to join the team personnelMain functions: Selection of office and management personnel according to the position profile: The full cycle of closing vacancies from the acceptance of an application for personnel selection to the closing of the vacancy; Participation in personnel adaptation; Participation in monitoring the completion of the probationary period; Participation in other HR projects. Our requirements: Experience in of recruiting from 2 years (MIDL, preferably TOP personnel); Work with customers of applications for selection, formation of the position profile; Skills of evaluating candidates "at the entrance" in accordance with the requirements of the position; Activity, proactivity, work for results, flexibility in decision-making; High level of communication, desire for professional development.
