Our wishes for the candidate:
- Experience in the position of Recruiter or similar in this field (Recruiting Manager/HR Generalist/HR with Recruiter responsibilities) from 1 year or completed recruiting courses.
- Ability to work with various sources of candidate search and close diverse vacancies.
- Skills in conducting interviews based on competencies and values to attract the right of "our" people.
- Skills in working with programs and tools: Word, Excel, Google Calendar and ChatGPT.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with candidates.
- Systematic completion of professional courses/trainings/webinars in order to work effectively and follow new trends in the field of recruitment staff.
- Proficient oral and written Ukrainian language.
- Proactiveness, desire to develop, focus on results.
Main duties:
- Managing the full cycle of the recruiting process (from posting vacancies on job sites to sending a job offer).
- Searching, attracting and selecting potential candidates for vacancies of all levels of complexity.
- Working with job sites, social networks, searching for candidates in free access and using other search methods, such as recommendationations, specialized recruiting resources.
- Preparation of job descriptions and their publication on relevant job search platforms.
- Monitoring, analysis and processing of feedback from candidates for open vacancies.
- Conducting telephone interviews, initial interviews and assessment of skills and experience of candidates.
- Labor market analysis, salary monitoring.
- Collection and maintaining a database of candidates, forming a personnel reserve.
- Continuous reporting on the results of your work and analysis of key performance indicators.
