The position of recruiter is very important, so first of all we need a person who will be involved in finding the best for our team.

What you will need to do:

• Plan and carry out the process of recruiting and hiring personnel in accordance with the needs of the Company
• Work with all possible channels for attracting candidates
• Of course, conduct interviews with candidates, evaluate them professional skills and determine suitability for the position
• Maintain the candidate database and analytics of the recruiting process

What skills will be useful:

• Experience in a similar position from 6 months (willing to consider without experience)
• Understanding the principles of mass recruitment and understanding the importance of this function
• Ability to work effectively with all possible and impossible search channels to attract candidates
• High level of communication, because communication is the most important skill in life, and even more so in the life of HRa
