Responsibilities:< /strong>
- The full cycle of recruitment (writing the text of the vacancy, publishing the vacancy on job sites, processing incoming feedback, direct search for candidates, accompanying candidates at all stages of interviews (online/offline), job writing offer).
- Participation in the adaptation of new employees.
- Formation of personnel reserve.
- Monitoring of the labor market.
- Maintenance of work reports over open vacancies.
Requirements:
- Experience in recruiting staff from 1 of the year.
- Experienced PC user.
- Ability to work with job sites (robota.ua, work.ua, Linkedin).
- High communication skills.
