Recruiter/Recruitment Manager in PRODSMART, TOV

In connection with the expansion of the company, we are looking for a talented and ambitious Recruiter for our company. Your main goal is to attract and select the best specialists for our team. You will deal with all stages of the recruiting process - from the development of a job description to the conduct of interviews and evaluation of candidates. Tasks: Development and publication of vacancy announcements on various recruiting platforms and sites; Review of resumes and selection of potential candidates; Conducting the first stage of interviews and screening of candidates; Organization and conducting interviews with heads of departments; Preparing letters of recommendation and agreeing working conditions with candidates; Providing support after hiring new employees. Requirements: Work experience in a similar position from 1 year; High level of communication and negotiation skills; Ability to work with a large amount of information and adhere to strict deadlines; Knowledge of modern recruiting methods and tools; Ability to work with recruiting platforms and social networks; High responsibility and focus on results.
