Recruiter / Recruiter (maternity position) in Coca Cola HBC Ukrayina, Virmeniya ta Moldova

About your new job:

The Recruiter at Coca-Cola HBC collaborates with business leaders to attract and select qualified specialists, ensuring the continuous development of our company.

This role provides an opportunity to develop skills in searching and evaluating candidates, managing recruitment projects for various departments and levels throughout Ukraine. As part of a larger team covering Ukraine, Moldova and Armenia, the successful candidate will also have the chance to work on international projects and collaborate with like-minded people, reporting to the Recruitment Manager.

Our new team members have:

• Previous experience in recruitment or motivation to start a career in recruitment;
• Confident PC user, high level of MS Office proficiency;
• Intermediate+ English language level (will be an advantage, as participation in meetings held in English is expected);
• Ability to quickly navigate new situations, show initiative and independence, demonstrating the ability to learn quickly;
• Communicative, responsible and result-oriented.

You can be successful in this role if:

• You will lead the mass recruitment process through both traditional sourcing channels and proactive methods, ensuring compliance with company hiring policies and procedures;
• You will ensure the hiring of entry-level professionals, sales representatives/sales representatives and manufacturing positions;
• You will work closely with hiring managers and colleagues and believe that "WE" is more than "I";
• You will administer work in the internal system (Avature) as part of recruitment;
• You will participate in the projects of the recruitment department;
• You will work with reporting.

Also, there is an opportunity to work from our co-working space (Chernigivska station).
