How do we do it? We do it in a team of our stars

Now we are looking for another recruiter

And here are your future tasks:

Creating and agreeing job descriptions and candidate requirements.

Posting vacancies on various platforms: job sites, social networks, professional communities.

Use of active search for candidates (headhunting) through LinkedIn and other professional networks.

Coordination and organization interviews with the participation of internal specialists and managers.

Conducting interviews, assessing the skills and competencies of candidates.

Comparing candidates and preparing recommendations for choosing the best.

Preparation and approval of offers.

Negotiations with candidates regarding working conditions, including salary and benefits.

Supporting candidates in the employment process, before starting work.

Management and updating the resume database and candidate profiles.

Maintaining contact with potential candidates for future vacancies.

Preparation of reports on the results of recruiting activities.

Analysis of the effectiveness of the used channels of attraction and selection methods.

Participation in the development and implementation of strategies for the development of the employer brand.

Creation and promotion of a positive image of the company on the labor market.

For this position it is important:

Knowledge of modern technologies and recruiting tools.

Ability to use social networks and professional platforms to search for candidates.

Ability to communicate clearly and clearly, both verbally and in writing.

Ability to listen and understand the needs of both candidates and internal customers.

Ability to negotiate the requirements of candidates and company opportunities.

Understanding labor market trends and specifics of various industries.

Ability to adapt candidate search strategies to market changes.

Ability to conduct interviews andassess the skills and qualifications of candidates.

Ability to determine the suitability of the candidate to the company's corporate culture.

Empathy and the ability to build trusting relationships.

Ability to work in a dynamic environment with a high level of uncertainty

Working schedule

from 09:00-18:00".

Office or hybrid work format: Monday-Wednesday-Friday;
