Main tasks: The full cycle of recruiting from communication with the hiring manager to the candidate's offer. office or production); Conducting interviews and evaluation of potential candidates; Coordination of interaction with candidates and company departments; Support and improvement of the recruiting and candidate selection system; Management of CRM, daily reports and speeches at daily meetings. Expectations from the candidate: Experience as a recruiter from 1 year; High level of communication skills; Ability to work with stress and the ability to make decisions within limited deadlines; Knowledge of recruiting methods and techniques; Experience in finding candidates for top positions will be a big plus; Higher education in the field of management, psychology or HR.
