Recruiter (Production) in Ajax Systems

Requirements:

• Experience in mass recruitment of 6 months or more
• Search and selection of candidates for the production team and administration of production vacancies
• Adaptation and onboarding
• High level of development of communication skills
• Absence of fear of something new< /li>

Responsibilities:

• Recruiting personnel of various levels (vacancies: LongTest operator, installer, SMD Line Feeder, QC, etc.)
• Manage the full recruitment cycle (screening resumes/ telephone interviews, interviews, sending job-offer-a)
• Conducting quality sourcing
• Conducting telephone and personal interviews with candidates
• Working with internal customers
• Providing feedback at all stages of the interview
